Merve Ozkaya
Dietitian Merve Özkaya graduated from Bakü Türk Anadolu High School in 2016 and then graduated with honors from Ankara University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in June 2020. She worked as a dietitian at Gaziemir Transportation School (Military)/Bekard Food Transport. Const. Cleaning Ind. and Trade Ltd. Co. In 2023, she deepened her expertise by participating in the 5th term of the Nutrigenetics/Epigenetics Consulting Training organized by the Epigenetic Coaching company and successfully completed the two-level training. In 2023, she worked at the Epigenetic Coaching company and taught a course on “Detoxification Panel: Gene-Food-Disease Relationships.” She actively participated in research and development activities for personalized health reports and provided consulting services. She also served on the organizing committee of the 2nd International Epigenetics Congress (September 2023). She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Ankara University. Özkaya is an active member of the Nutrigenetics and Epigenetics Association. Her primary research interests include nutrigenetics, epigenetics, dietetics, personalized nutrition, and the genetic determinants of metabolic health. She currently works as a dietitian at Epigenetic Coaching.
